A beautiful remodel...
Ugh what a year it’s been! Between COVID and moving into a new space we have been extremely busy. Angela and I have been working on a lot of awesome projects and we can’t wait to share them with you. Up first is “The Dene”. This is a master bathroom remodel and is definitely a different style than we are used to taking on. Honestly, it turned out beautiful!
The focus of this project was to make the homeowner feel like they were staying in a beautiful hotel. They wanted a mix between a spa oasis and sophisticated features. Check out the before and after.
Before
The after…
We laid the porcelain tile in a herringbone pattern on the floor and straight laid the lighter version of the tile up the wall.
We opted for a dark stained walnut with a waterfall edge. This pop of color is everything against the white tiled walls.
A pocket was created in the ceiling to conceal the roller shade, so that we could give our client the option for privacy without jeopardizing the clean look.
The shower system allowed us to not have to worry about valve placement which in many projects can be an obstacle.
